That's something okay to text... It doesn't really accomplish much though. I don't recommend using this with a girl you're trying to generate attraction with because well.. It just doesn't do anything. For a girl who you've already slept with and still communicate with and on good terms yeah I'd text this. Otherwise I personally wouldn't.

Exact opposite. Why would you do this with some one you've already had sex with? You can go direct and escalate sexually immediately if you have already slept with her, no need to waste time. This opener is great for someone you have yet to seriously connect with because it puts her in a good mood but is still something she can respond too if she doesn't know you that well.
