If you are an 8.5 its waaay easier to pick up girls when you go out. You won't have to deal with flaking, and your personality will show through a lot better than it would over text. If you have even a modicum of social skills and aren't awkward, it's not hard; girls dig confidence and it takes way more confidence to lay it out there in person versus some corny opener over tinder.

I got a match with a pretty girl. Then the app closed. When I reopened it she wasn't listed as a match. I'm pretty upset about it.

I did the whole online thing for a bit. Tons of flakes, even from 6 or 7/10 individuals. Literally, their profile is like "I work, but it sucks. I like Netflix and drinking. Hit me up!!!".. literally nothing going for them.

You play around, even with a good profile and pictures, it takes 50 copied and pasted messages to get 15 replies, 10 of those die after 2 messages, 5 you get numbers from.

Of those 4 want to just flake, text, and not meetup. 1 will go out with you ends up boring, lame, and effed in the head... which you could have weeded out in .5 seconds of meeting them.

On the contrary, you go out for a night, do 20 approaches, have fun and banter about doing it (if you're doing it right). Weed out quicker and easier. End up with 1-2 solid numbers of people who you actually like and they like you.

Best of all, you can do it all in 3-4 hours, rather than copy and pasting, replying, trying to build bullshit comfort over meaningless messages, then have to do the same through texting.

Here is the deal with online gaming, chicks thing they are hotter than what they actually are so its actually easier to pick up girls irl, but it requires more effort. Can you pick up a girl while your taking a shit at home? No, but you can with tinder. Tinder requires low effort in comparison to going out, I have been using tinder off and on for almost a year, and I've fucked around 20 girls from tinder alone. Its pretty easy if your good looking, if your not, stick to in person pickup where your personality can enhance your overall package, because online if your not even attractive enough for that specific girls standard she wont even give you the time of day.

But yeah girls are flakey but they are flakey in general. Also I live in a major US city (Dallas) so your experience might be different.

TInder is like a junior high crush, you both know you like eachother, but it never leads anywhere, usually a "hey" and it dies.

Honestly, tinder you spend hours swiping just to get one match. once you get a match, the probability of her replying is slim, then there is maintaining a conversation with a complete stranger online you know nothing about.

3 matches a day, 21 matches a week(which is really good and high estimate) 15 of which wont reply. another 3 the conversation will die after hey. 3 left. Of which it will take probably a couple days of messagin on tinder. Then probably 1 will give you their number. 1 number a week from a girl you have never met in person and could be a flake. ALso take into consideration alot of the girls could be 30-50 miles away.

In one night at a bar, you can easily get 3-4 numbers. Those numbers matter more than numbers on tinder because youve interacted with them in person and attracting is built off of body language and communication in real life and "physical prescense" none of which you get on tinder

To provide a contrary opinion to what most are saying here, I've had great success with Tinder. It's an easy way to get matched up with girls and flirt with them.

I've started doing more day game, however. It's definitely more fun, as others have pointed out, as it gets girls to see how you are in real life. It's cool to have Tinder as a side thing, though. Would recommend.

Every girl on tinder either just got out of a relationship, or is still In one and trying to look for what else is out there to make her feel better. I have found few quality girls worth spending time talking too. The story is always the same once I get to it. Just broke up with their boyfriend..... Bitch have some class and be single for one second. Or just say gimme the d and don't make me spit all this game.

I didn't like Tinder. I do like OKcupid though. My online game is really strong, as I used to pick up girls left and right off Myspace back in the day.

There are PROs and CONs to Tinder vs other Online Dating mediums.

Pro: Because you can only speak to a mutual match, the girl isn't bombarded with a million messages and yours might get lost in the noise.

Con: You can't charm anybody who doesn't mutual match you.

First off, when it comes to Tinder (and other online dating platforms) it's not how good looking you are, but how well you present yourself in photos - angles, facial expressions, style, how you display your physique, context (environment/people/activity), etc., etc. simply said quality of the photo depends as much as your actual looks. Generally if you're good handsome guy, you should have plenty of matches, spending very little time in the process.

Now that we got this out of the way, sure Tinder has it's flaws and if you actually enjoy day-time approaching do that, but at least here finding 30 beautiful women to approach would take way more time than going through profiles on Tinder.
