Ask it very similar to how I did. Try to avoid: "Will you go..." or "Do you want...". It's more confident.

Don't make it as a date. Make it like hanging out. And get your shit done with her. I have opened a bank account and signed my apartment lease with a girl and she did her stuff then we grabbed lunch quick and here it is. A date :)

Well it depends on the situation. Who are you asking out? Do you know this girl, or are you just meeting her? Just talking with a girl (and playfully is great), it will lead to seeing each other.

It is highly dependent on the situation. The girl, how well you know her, what the conversation is, where you are, etc. If you want to ask a girl out, on a date or to ask if she wants to date you, then just ask. Usually find a way to build up to it during conversation. Don't rush it, and try not to even realize you're doing it. Make subtle conversation adjustments, and then ask the question you want to ask. If you're asking her on a date, just say it. Ask her if she wants to go on a date with you, or if you want to be specific, mention the type date.

If you want to go to the movies, just say "So, would you like to go on a movie date?" After which, maybe even mention a few films that have just recently come out. It's even better if you manage to talk about movies beforehand, this can lead you right into the perfect moment to ask. The same goes for lunch dates, coffee dates, anything really.

Ask for her phone number, call her, talk about bs for a little, invite her someplace. Wait like a boss and don't disqualify yourself. If good get date, if bad don't let it phase you and try again later

Just ask the girl. Don't beat around the bush trying to get to the question. My bf said, "Would you like to be my girlfriend?" Worked for me.

Avoid asking us in front of our friends is the only other thing besides straight out asking. :)
