San Francisco sounds like a perfect fit for you and the Bay Area Seddit is by far the most active with guys going out 4-5 nights a week consistently. It's pretty awesome because virtually everyone in the City can reach the 4 major bar scenes with ease. No DD's, girls always down to go home and figure it out later, etc, etc

Most every city at least has an area like that, you just have to make sure you live there. Chicago as Gold Coast and Lincoln Park for instance.
