set time constraints, level yourself to their position (if they are standing stand, if they are sitting sit) smile, give them a reason to want to talk to you (are you headed to get something to eat? oh i know of this awesome place want me to tell you?)

My top advice would be make it seem like you're in her area by coincidence. (By the sandwiches in the cafe, walking towards the same building, whatever) Then depending on the area you're in you can use it as an opener or just asking/saying something randomly that she can respond to works better because she thinks you have a reason to be there, not just hit on her. Oh and can't forget confidence!

Aren't there general advice threads in the beginner area?

Why don't you go do some daygame, and then come back with more specific questions?

As this thread is written, I will contribute:

(1) You are not interrupting them. (2) Hired guns can be gamed too. (3) Work daygame into things you already do like mall and supermarket shopping, and time in cafes. 1) Be fun

2) Don't do too many approaches a day

3) Make each approach count and have fun with it

4) Don't have a goal to get a number or set up a date, just talk to meet the girl and have fun

5) Get the number or set up a date if you feel like it

6) Leave on a high note
