I (55m) just had hopefully the last mediation with the STBX it disnt gonas well as I had hoped but I guess it could have been worse . I have to come up with 5 k just for her to m9ve out of our house so i can put it on the market i have to do the whole sale and split it 50/50 pay alimony $900 mo. Give her 50% of my army retirement at 13/20 years. Our kids arw over 18 so no CP but under 22 so i have to keep them on insurances she filed june of 2024 after we had discussed it together we would do it our selfs but i fojnd out ahe hired a lawyer and drained our account so I couldn’t afford a lawyer still got one ..my lawlyer had me put my pay checks in my owm avvount account but still had to make sure all the bills and things were paid i took over all the finances she had control of them before .i didnt move out untill feb the reason is comming up .. the shit thing is i havnt seen them simce feb. She convinced them inwas gojng to hurt her ( i have never put a hand on her in 21 years never cheated on her she did twice i would find out later . But never ever laid a hand on her . I thought about it came close a coue times it but never did cant say the same for her she had a tendency to throw things qhen she was pissed and used verbal forms of abuse . And ways she convinced my teens 19 -21 (who were still at home the 21 was in college the 19 yr old was lazy and his mom disnt want him to leave) thay i was trying to hurt her she was inside her room i was in the hallway asking for a package that was delivered to the house an hour earlier I wasnt yelling wasnt cussing nothing just talking thru the door i slept in the spare room i had put a camera in the hallway to ensure nothing nuts happened she thru a fut inwas spying on her and yanked it down before this happened . She was texting my kids twlljng them she was scared my 19 yrbold ahowed up in her car tured screeching cam running in the house readynto fight me i was in my room trying to pack because the judge already gave me a move out date of 1 mar this was 13 feb when he got home wantingbto fight me thw 21 yr old came out of his bed room with a rifle and fored a shot into the ceiling screaming to leave his mom alone i wasnt doing anything at all to her . When that happensi called the police they arrested him told me i should probably leave (i had aleeady signed for an apartment the day before ) i left with a back pack and was able tonget my bed and clothes the next day but havnt been back since i supposed to get some more of my stuff this comming weekend. But i should have get the house back jan 1 and have to have it on the market feb 1 . They will manipulate anyone they can so they can be the victim dont feel bad for playing hard ball they will destroy your whole life if you allow them to.. thats my rant if its even understandable.
