I went on a great date last night, and when both of us drove home the roads were kind of bad, so we texted each other when we got home. At the end of his text he wrote, "Did you have a good time? It was hard to tell."

Eek! I thought we totally hit it off and were very laid back around each other etc. So I don't think I was being shy but maybe I was?

This is not the first time a guy had said this to me, so I imagine it much be something I'm doing or not doing! Any advice?
