Most mgtow respect women. We just think the laws and norms in this society make it too high of a cost and too little of a reward to date and marry women. If laws and norms were reverse, men would take advantage of it the same.

Humanity is not evolved enough to treat men and women equally. We still hold women high on a pedestal and treat men like disposable creatures.

The whole thing about sperm is abundant and egg is scarce is true but it's not a good reason to treat one person better than another.

Also I don't care if men are white knights who put pussy on a pedestal. We shouldn't be competing over it nor shaming men if they aren't competing over it.

There are plenty of people out there fucking, making babies so it's not like humanity is at risk of extinction. But we are at a point now where people do not treat people with the respect they deserve. People do not hold themselves or others accountable.

There is always somebody to blame. There is always a victim. Society is the way it is because men are too fucking pussy whipped and women are too fucking self absorbed.

People need to wake up and realize that we are better than this. You see it's not about being a certain gender, race or income class. It's about taking responsibility for the hand that your dealt. Making the best of it.

Dealing with the problems and laying in the bed of the decisions that you make. MGTOW exists because people right now are incapable of doing this. So men are finding out that they can be at peace with the way this world is, take responsibility for their own happiness and well being without needing somebody else to do this.

This is the way I see is a highly evolved way to live life. No matter if your man or women. Live your life, make choices, live in the bed of those choices and learn from them. Enjoy it while it lasts. It's ending one day at time.

If we were disrespectful of women, this sub would be called misogyny, not mgtow.

If we disrespected women just for being women, then Esther Vilar's "the Manipulated Man" would not be mentioned on the side bar. Based Mom wouldn't be popular. We would be telling the Honey Badgers to STFU and get back in the kitchen, and that we don't need women to fight our battles.

On the contrary, there are plenty of female allies, and lots of mgtow men, albeit not all (but since when was a universal preference applicable?) appreciate the efforts by women to help, and hell yes, we do respect them.

The thing though is that since we do not silence people for being angry (though we can still criticize what they say) a lot of comments stay on this sub that can be polarizing. It comes with the territory - if you dislike the posts that seem to border on misogyny or are too angry, post content that you want to see. Be the change you want in the world.

We evolved as a species with two genders, and notably dymorphic at that. I do have a line that I personally do not plan to cross any time soon, and that is that I will not mock women for being what nature has built them to be. I will certainly laugh at people for their silly notions and poor decisions but not for simply being what they are. They are part of our shared past, and I in fact have a great deal of respect for many women. My mother, various older women I've met who have wisened with age, some of the ones that have taken a stand against PC and Marxist ideology online though mediums like youtube too.

That being said... Excessive emotionalism in people deters me from wanting to interact with them because trying to deal with such behavior has a lot of risky implications, and in my experience that seems to be a highly consistent trait among women so I prefer to keep my distance. That's only the tip of the iceberg that men have to worry about too...

Feminine women are great, and exceedingly rare.

Most women in the west these days can only be respected for their being humans. They are female, but not feminine.

I will also note that "respecting femininity" is a non-starter for me in e.g. the world of work. The masculine values are much more functional for organizing militaries, governments, businesses, sports teams, etc.
When we try to make everything "female friendly" it just gets fucked up. Political correctness is a prime example.

It's a dilemma, really. It should be a man's world because logic, reason, principles, philosophy, analysis, friendly competition, etc. are the way to organize public life. Groupthink, concern for feelings, equality of outcomes, worrying about inclusion - all make for a shit show.
So how can women fit in to that world, for which they do NOT appear to be temperamentally suited? I don't have an answer, but the current path will lead to us being overrun soon. Stockpile your booze now: under sharia, it is haram. (Or more likely, stockpile unregulated communications devices now - against the time China holds sway and censors the fuck out of everything.)

When I first started working, girlie calendars were no big deal and you didn't have to walk on pins and needles for fear of being misinterpreted and fired. Now ... it's a whole 'nother story ...

Mgtow is a rational response to misandry and gynocentrism. After decades of abuses, insults and threats added to the slow realisation by men to the fact they've have been manipulated to accept this sorry state of affairs as "normal", I would say it's about time and it's not going away.

I cannot talk for everybody but, as far as I'm concerned, I do not hate women the same way I do not hate tigers or sharks. It is just impossible for me to conceive I'd have to live in the same space with something able to hurt/destroy me whenever it feel like it (with the police and the government blessings). So I stay clear....

For some, i thinks its how they feel about their long term ex after a break up, firstly you love them, then you hate them, then you feel indifferent. Long term for me is feeling indifferent, yeah you dont lose the appeal of the looks, we are human after all, but the average woman doesn't hit on your radar in the same way.

I always think of it like noticing cars, a 1950's Ferrari passing you will make your head turn, maybe even have a couple of thoughts about what its like to own or drive(maybe you'll take a test drive), but the sporty hot hatches or saloons you used to break your back to own, blend in with all the other traffic on the busy highway, while you continue to walk along care free with the sun on your face and a healthy wallet on a more interesting path.

Female nature is what it is. Respecting it? - Sure, why not. But the respect isn't the kind of respect that you would perhaps expect and what you will get from emasculated men.

It is pretty impressive (in a fucked up way) how they turned my country into a matriarchy. They even turned a labor party into a feminist party recently. Feminism and female values are now everywhere. Living in my country, is like living inside of a passive aggressive vagina. The Borg hive is now complete. They imposed feminine value systems on men and now the whole thing is undergoing a slow-motion collapse. All of this is impressive, but for the wrong reasons. Females have this insane drive, this lust for power that most men don't seem to understand. They will get this power through men and they are far more patient than any man is. They will wait and impose their will little by little. And when they rule everything, they call it ”equality”.

All of this is impressive. Female nature truly is impressive.

A person's gender is about as meaningful to me now as any other characteristic with no bearing on my life, such as their preferred ice cream flavour or shoe size. I honor the dignity of people as fellow humans; I have no respect for women, as a gender.

It's just a matter of seeing females as just humans, and judging them like we would any guy, and not sporting them points because of their boobs, size of their rear, makeup, squeaky voice, and choice in clothing.

I quite like women. I just know that they have an instinctual drive to set up a support punter so I am careful not to trigger it. However if you want to invite me to dinner and drop a hint that I might bring my electrical tool box I'm happy to fix that dicky kitchen light. I quite enjoy doing stuff like that rather than having to make conversation. Don't offer to do anything more than feed me because I know that will trigger instincts in you that I don't want to be part of. Let me talk about scuba diving and hang gliding because they are man things and then don't call me back until you have another dinner sized problem.

I respect femininity/women the same way I respect my shotgun. It is capable of ending my life and the lives of other people. It must be handled with full awareness and with cognizance of it's dangers. I engage with it only with deliberate intention, and only for the purpose to which it is designed, and then it goes back into safety where it is incapable of producing harm. Beyond that, I don't give it any further thought, beyond knowing where it would be in case I need it again for some reason.

I see them for what they are - rapists, parasites, and over-priced, over-valued whores, and I treat them with indifference and I hold them to higher standards, or at least, on par with men, which means on the rare occasions i choose to deal with women, im often calling them straight out on their various bullshit, or countering their entitled attitudes, and providing counter arguments and information to their ridiculous logic and rationale. Funny thing is, I see their mating signals and flirting all the time, and by just denying them the attention and validation, they get even more flirty and nastier and more manipulative. It's quite the game, but it's all clear as day.

All that being said - with none of my emotional energy going to women, it frees me up to show more understanding and empathy towards men, and being that men are typically at least a bit more intelligent, and definitively more useful and necessary, and that a man's life demands that he be more willing to change and grow, I find that a much better use of my energy, as men in general deserve better in a certain light, especially considering how we walk blind into this life, and are expected to just deal and put up with so much horse shit, especially from women. But even then, a nether ape is a nether ape. Most men and women fit this bill, but of necessity men on average are far more intelligent, mature, capable of chane and growth, and are typically more independent of mind and action, so I prefer to deal and network with them, as I've learned a lot from them, and their are plenty of them I admire and appreciate.
