I have another great example.

Once I was in a club enjoying the night and was chatting up a group of 3.

I said something like ''Tonight is such a fantastic night, the music is great and the vibe is wonderful.

How is your night going?''. The girl that I was interested in responded positively to this.

However one, of her friends who was the typical kind of girl that nobody pays attention to, started bitching up to the point it annoyed me.

It's like they are not even trying to pretend anymore that anything matters other than what a guy looks like (with almost no guys being "good enough").

It's difficult for me to understand people who are adults, who still somehow get something out of putting down other people. I guess that it's like some sort of boost of their own ego -- as in, "I'm so great that I can be outright mean to people, yet I can still get dates and have friends." The problem with that attitude is wait until they are fifty years old. Who is going to want to be around them when they are a wrinkled-up 50-year-old and also developed a horrible personality on the inside. But they aren't going to figure that out (if they ever do) until they are 50-years-old (or so).

Many years ago, when I was in my twenties, I couldn't figure out why it was so difficult for me to date, but clearly the women that I was interested in were dating a lot. Why was it so difficult to date, yet there was so much dating going on? From reading this group, I now think that I understand what was going on: It's normal for a guy to find that most women aren't very attracted to him, unless the guy is in the very top percentages in attractiveness to women -- then he gets to be like a rock star.

If a guy isn't at that rock-star level, seriously, why even bother socializing in groups like that? Just spend time with people who are your friends and whom you know that you will have a good time with. I'm not someone who keeps showing up at a place after I've been treated disrespectfully. Let those people throw a party and have hardly anyone show up.

It does seem to be getting worse in recent years. I don't spend a lot of time socializing, so I was pretty far out of the loop on this trend. But, a while back, I had the experience of this one woman going out of her way to be disrespectful to me, when she didn't even know me. She was the type of woman who would have been considered attractive to a lot of guys, although certainly not by me, seeing how her personality was.

I remember being really puzzled by her behavior at the time. Now I think that I understand. It probably becomes easy for a person to look down on others, when they regularly have people who want to date them, telling them how great they are, for no other reason than how they happen to look.

To me, this is all leading up to, and feeding, the spread of MGTOW. I think we have tons of guys out there who are still trying to date, even though they are very disappointed in their dating experiences -- these are all guys that could go MGTOW as soon as they learn about it from other guys.

I think we are possibly seeing the beginnings of a fundamental alteration in how societies function, to where a large percentage of guys simply focus on activities that they know that they will enjoy, and they walk away from trying to impress and win approval from women that they want to date. You can imagine the many huge effects this could have.

I have to say that it will be interesting to see what society's reaction will be to all that.

When I was a lonely young guy in my twenties, I felt like I was living a rare experience. I never thought that I might actually be living a very common experience, and that many such experiences might be setting the foundation for huge changes in society, many years in the future.

What you need to realize is that there is no winning or negotiation with those women. Those women have been through the scenario more times by the time they are 21 than you will in your life. This reminds me of a very funny story that happened like four years ago.
