I'm fortunate that I'm tall and have a good career. That said:

I don't list requirements except (not sure this is actually verbatim, but it's close) "Not ok with illegal drug use and/or prescription drug/alcohol abuse and don't want it anywhere near me."

You'd be amazed how "this one simple trick" eliminates insane people from trying to link up. "Party girl" types think you're boring, and most fair-minded women respect that you have a sensible limit and you're demonstrating that you have values up front without being overtly judgmental or shaming. It's not an unreasonable expectation.

I made this a hard-line rule after I dated a girl that had a latent alcohol abuse problem (met her in a bar when I was a heavy social drinker, go figure). Find out later she was heavy into cannabis (one thing to smoke a little, take some oil, whatever, but this girl was dabbing heavy 6 times a day, which is a ton of weed), then onto cocaine, then onto meth. If there are red flags of regular substance abuse, avoid at all cost. Even booze and heavy cannabis consumption. She had a good heart, but heavy drug use fucks you up and turns you into a sociopath.
