Is it really utterly inconceivable that she acted under duress? I haven't seen anywhere near enough information to judge either way, and one can only assume that the trial judge and jury had access to much more evidence. Quite aside from that, I haven't seen the slightest bit of evidence that can demonstrate at all, let alone conclusively, that she was cleared because she was a woman. We can conjecture all we want and perhaps even make convincing arguments based on past pussy-pass incidents, but at the end of the day, I doubt anyone here knows anywhere near enough to be certain in this instance.
