Follow up; After (self confessed slutty) feminist sexually forced herself on me, today I went to hospital for standard anti Aids drugs-Nurse assumed had to have been MAN who forced me, all caring-stopped being concerned when realised was woman, said no medication then. goodbye...
She stopped the PrEP because the chances of contracting HIV from a single sexual encounter with a woman whom you never penetrated is so small that no standard of care would recommend it.
I'm sorry if you're struggling with the fact that she let her genitals touch yours without protection despite your protests. You have every right to be upset by that.
That said, I don't think your level of health concern about it is in line with the risks you're facing. The chances you contracted anything are vanishingly small. Of the things you could have contracted, the only ones that aren't easily curable (herpes, HPV) are ones that can still be contracted when using condoms, like all the other times you two had sex.
While true, this isn't a random woman, but a woman who admitted a history of random, unprotected sex. A woman whose behavior confirmed that admitted history.
While it is impossible to determine the risk factor of sleeping with her specifically, you could certainly argue that she's most likely higher than average risk.
There's also the issue of the doctor prescribing a course of treatment and then the female provider changing it. This is bad etiquette, at best. It could be much worse from a medical practice perspective. Given the situation, it's possibly endangering a patient.
According to Dr Hunter Handsfield, who is the expert of all experts on HIV, the prevalence of HIV in women who have unpaid sex with multiple partners doesn't differ from the average employed sex worker in the US (i.e. escort, stripper etc. etc.). It is about 1 in a 1000 in both groups. The prevalence, however, rises to 1 in 100 if the sex worker operates on the streets and is typically drug addicted.
Therefor, the average slut has about as much HIV as the average mentally stable hooker. Interesting fact.
Scary fact. I'm curious what the chance of getting an STD from a single unprotected vaginal sexual encounter with a sex worker/slut is.
It was assumed he had unprotected, receptive, anal sex with an anonymous male. There is no higher risk, hence putting him on PEP.
I noticed that the OP doesn't give details on his conversation with the male doctor he met with who "agreed [he] should have them." He does seem open and honest about the situation with the female nurse, though.
I'm specifically wondering if he told the male doctor about the rapists sexual history and the doctor decided to give PEP even though it wasn't the highest level of risk.
In any event, I appreciate the information and statistics on STD's. Good stuff to know.

This likely isn't in the US.
When the state gets to dictate treatment, this sort of stuff happens.
Hopefully there's still an appeal process.

In your original comment you stated:
And now you've stated that the risk of getting HIV from an anonymous sex worker/promiscuous female is also 1 in a million.
Am I missing something? Or is promiscuity just that high amongst females?
Again, thanks for the info.

Jesus Christ man, you do not need to take PEP.
Your risk of having caught HIV is about 0.00005%, but almost certainly 0%.
