Every racist, sexist and bigot ever invented has rationalized why their racism, sexism and bigotry is not any of those things. They create moralistic rationalizations, they compartmentalize and have double standards, they justify it with the supposed behaviour of their targets, they use prejudice and generalizations to provide themselves with baseless statistics as justification, etc.

Why are you surprised that feminists are engaging in this very process? Did you think that they were somehow better than all the other ideological movements and were immune to these frailties that are basically part of human thinking, and always have been?

You can't erect a belief system that pins the blame for reams of historical woes on an entire sex, and expect the people who believe in that system to not ultimately teach themselves to hate that sex. You're learning the hard way that the fact you're a feminist doesn't protect you from being male. You're part of the hated class, kid, whether you wanted to admit it to yourself prior or not.

You're not going to be calling yourself a feminist much longer because you have a functioning brain and you are actually talking to other feminists. The reason feminists do this is because of the conspiracy theory they believe in known as the 'patriarchy' you will also understand this better if you look up the term 'systemic discrimination'.

These are made up feminist buzzwords used to justify their prejudice against men and it revolves around an incredibly sexist conspiracy theory that all men to some degree either benefit from or actively participate in a patriarchal society which discriminates against women and ethnic minorities.

Therefore in their heads because they've decided that this conspiracy exists, they can say whatever they like about men because men are not discriminated against. This is of course a load of bullshit but this is how they justify their sexism.

It doesn't matter to these people that the men they're attacking are innocent, it doesn't matter that they are bashing white men who are much poorer than them or could be struggling. They collectively consider you and me to be 'privileged' purely because of how we were born and that we gain an immediate advantage in society over everybody else. This is the mentality of a feminist and why I will not only have nothing to do with them but I will actively fight against them at every opportunity when they try to go after innocent people.

First, your thinking is right! You got gaslite.

Understand why they are doing it.

The feminist rethoric is a very powerful tool to exercise power.

In this example they can say anything and block any critique with their blah blah. This blah blah is detached from common sense. So I doubt that you can achieve something with logical arguments.

One argument could be that 'men' include opressed minority groups. So these hateful statements go also to opressed minority gruops. Who are certainly more opressed than the feminists saying these hateful statement. So a privileged persons are directing hateful statements to less privileged persons.

Perhaps try to express how it makes you feel when they bash your gender/sex. But be aware that they might double down on that.

Edit: Group dynamics play an important role. Start with 1:1 situations. Before you argue against more people at a time.

Some feminists are nice. I left the term feminist out because of the movement have become. I don't consider myself men's right activist, but am egalitarian

You could start by dropping the 'male feminist' tag. There's no such thing as equal rights feminism, because feminism will never advocate for men. There is certainly feminism that gears to equality of opportunity for women, but there will never be feminism that campaigns for improving mens opportunities/rights/societal expectations.

If you're for equality of opportunity for both sexes, you're an egalitarian. If you start there, you'll likely be more understood by members of both camps. At least the ones that are actually acting in good faith. There's no pleasing the extremists.
