This kind of rubs me the wrong way, especially his comparison of the need for sex with the need for employment. Also,

“I am a nicer guy than Henry.”

Yes, but so what? Henry apparently has something else, let's call it "sexiness", and it shouldn't be a great surprise that sexiness cannot be reduced to niceness.

Anyway, it does seem to crystalise various "larval red-pill"/MRA attitudes I've come across on PPD, so check it out as a clear well-argued target if nothing else.
