Porn decreases sexual frustration. I consume a minimum of 3 hours of porn a day and it satisfies me so much that I don't notice women around me. I'll only see the 10/10 girls and even then I glance at them for like 1 second and go back to my life.

Porn and masturbation likely reduce instances of sexual harassment and assault. I think most men instinctively believe this to be true, given the disinterest in women they personally experience after using porn. Quite simply, if you're not hungry, you don't go looking for and are not tempted by food. Porn also has a demystifying effect regarding women, which further reduces their allure.

Even Naomi Wolf came to the realisation that porn is more likely to make men less interested in real women than vice versa, despite earlier feminist influences that preached the opposite. She wrote about this back in 2003 in "The Porn Myth" for New York magazine.

I think porn and masturbation are a bad thing, personally. I find when I abstain, I have more energy and enthusiasm. I also have a much stronger desire to interact socially.
