I mean look... I own some rental properties and I had a woman hint that she was willing to do this once and I wasn't very happy about it. I strongly dislike the idea of not getting paid and if she wants sex from me she needs to find another place to live first.

I've seen guys do this... a Jamaican guy who was very handsome living with what I could only describe as Jabba the Hutt in a blond wig. Also, I knew an illegal immigrant who kind of did this to get his papers.

Bottom line is that it happens, it's not super common, but it does happen, and it's not any different from other forms of prostitution.

LOL. People here are all talking about men. But, in reality, hobo sexuality is mainly a female phenomenon. It isn't necessarily cause men are more virtuous than women. It's cause women have a lot more hobo sexual opportunities. Most men are heterosexual (c. 90-96% depending on which estimate you use) and aren't hypergamous (i.e. don't care if their partner has less money/status/power than they do).

If a man wants to be hobo sexual his options are limited. He needs to either have enough charm to lure women despite his lack of socio-economic status, or go the gay way. The former is relatively hard and not every man can pull it off. If a man has a lot more money/status than women, the women will pretty much jump on his dick. But if he has less status than women (like a homeless guy trying to get women to give him a place to stay) he'll need to work a lot harder and be a lot more charming/attractive to get them.

As for fucking other men for a place to stay, that is something a lot of men don't want to do (remember 90-96% straight and probably repulsed by homosexuality). Also the small percentage of gay men means a limited pool of potential gay sugar daddies. Potential gay male financial supporters are maybe 2-5% of the population, compared with women who have 45-48% of the population as potential male financial supporters.

If you don't believe me, just go outside and walk around on the street in a big city. No matter where you go, from the richest western countries to the poorest 3rd world ones, there will typically be lots of homeless men around, but far fewer homeless women. In every place I've ever gone, from richer to poorer countries, there have been homeless men but few homeless women. Why's that? Cause if a woman has sex with a man, and does other stuff for him (cooking, cleaning, etc.) he's often happy to support her financially and give her a place a stay.

I found miss moral in a homeless shelter because I specifically was looking for someone that would be aware that I was not only their best option as a partner but their best option in life. I can't be against it.

I disagree with that definition. Hobosexual is synonymous with Pookie and Ray-Ray. They don't have to be homeless. They are more like a male concubine that is seen as nothing more than a sex object in the eyes of women. More often than not, because of this they tend to be more dusty than the avg man.
