Alright.

We all know the first red pill, go to the gym. Lift heavy, get big, look better and the whole thing.

I’m not advocating not training. You should train. It’s important, necessary to be strong. A physically strong body is like a sound house. Your brain feels comfortable in it.

That leads me to the second point here, your brain. The most important aspect of your life to train is your brain. In the red pill manosphere there’s a general disdain for education, specifically school / college. Applying your mind to school, getting perfect grades should be a priority in your younger years. The alternative is simply not getting perfect grades, which is in turn a less favorable position to be in.

The gym has been deified to the point that people commonly spend upwards of 2 hours 5x a week there. That’s fine. But you’re not being productive. That workout could’ve been 45-1.30min long, and you should aim to keep it within that time frame. Keep it optimal, good form and to failure.

Of course being well trained is more healthy than the alternative but going to the gym ≠ being / getting healthy. The gym isn’t a necessity to being in good shape, even. If your argument is health, I expect you to be doing slow cardio 4-7x a week, that way you’re getting optimal benefit in terms of health. The only health issue that’s detrimental is cardiovascular disease which cardio helps fight.

Meatheads, doing bicep curls all day, gassing out on a 20 min jog are far from healthy. Especially the cucks on steroids. Long term damage for short term /minimal gain.

Tl dr: you laid in bed doing nothing all day but you went to the gym so you were productive good job.
