“Sugar and spice and everything nice, that’s what girls are made of. Snips and snails and puppy dog tails, that’s what boys are made of.”
I read this old rhyme when I was a little kid, and I felt very uncomfortable about it. Even when I was very young, I had long noticed a discrepancy between boys and girls that went far beyond different styles of dress and who used different bathrooms. This limerick touched on something that had been bothering me. Why are girls made from good stuff, and boys are made from leftover crap? My child’s mind was getting a little taste of the redpill.
A few other things I detected as a kid didn’t quite add up.
Why are “ladies first?”
Why in the news do they only talk about the death of “women and children” during a tragedy?
Why is it that when people see a girl naked, everyone acts like it’s the greatest thing in the entire world, but if people see a boy naked, they scream and recoil in horror?
Why, if a girl cries, she is rewarded, but if a boy cries, he is punished?
Why is it funny on TV if a man is harmed, but not funny if a woman is harmed?
Why is it funny if girls joke about hurting men, but reprehensible of men joke about hurting women?
Why does everyone joke that if a man and a woman argue, he is the one who has to sleep on the couch, even if it is in his own house?
As I got older, entered high school, I noticed more sexual aspects of this.
Why is it that, while there are equal numbers of boys and girls, there’s such a higher demand for girls than there is for boys?
Why is it easy for any girl to get a boyfriend, but hard for 8/10 boys to get a girlfriend?
Why are boys who chase after girls bad and reprehensible, but if girls chase after boys, those boys are just lucky?
Why is it okay if a female teacher fucks her boy student, but if a male teacher does it, he deserves to die?
Then my parents got divorced, and I had to ask a lot more questions.
Why do people always say that being a mother is such a hard, when all mothers do is sleep late, go shopping, and then yell at their husband and kids? How is that a “job”?
Why is it that even though my mother refused to work, my father has to give her our house, our car, alimony, and child support, even though she never contributed anything of value?
Why is it that my mother is able to hit my father, but my father knows that if she riles him up enough to defend himself, that she can have him thrown in prison?
Why is it that when mothers destroy a family, they’re lauded as brave, but when a father tries to drink himself to death because his family is destroyed and the courts have taken away his children and everything he has worked to build, no one seems to notice or care?
Now I’m an adult and more questions keep arising. Yesterday I had a conversation with a female friend of mine. I mentioned to her something I’d read in the news – that Julien Blanc of RSD was refused entry into Korea. I told her that this is a professional pickup artist.
“How can you be a professional pickup artist?” She asked
“They teach other guys how to meet girls,” I said.
“Disgusting! Good for Korea, for refusing such a man entry. Deplorable. What would make guys turn to such tricks?”
“Well,” I answered, “They do it because it works. If women are choosing to go for guys who are using these ‘tricks,’ as you call them, can you fault them that much? Women are complicit in this. If girls didn’t like it then guys wouldn’t do it.”
“Yes, I can blame them. Girls will make stupid decisions because they’re insecure,” she replied.
Men are bad.
That’s the answer to all of these questions. Men are bad, and women are good; and any explanation for any interaction between men and women must conform to this rule. The male sexual strategy is morally wrong, and the female sexual strategy is morally right. Even if male and female sexual goals by chance coincide, it is only right because the female desires it. Briffaults law has always been true but we have taken it and hardcoded it into every level of our culture.
This is the direction that our culture has taken. This was a cause of my frustration for a long time, and I can’t be the only one. We notice these inequalities and we are raised to believe that the world is fair and equitable. It’s not, and it took me a long time to make peace with that. Men are bad, and whatever women happen to want in the moment is right, even if it is inconsistent. If women want marriage, then this is good, and if men are not giving this to her, then men are bad. If women want to ride the CC, then this is good. If women want to divorce, then this is good. In the SMP, our society defines "good" as what women want, impulsively, in the moment; and so many men have been twisted with a lifetime of quietly being told that they're the bad gender, and want so much to be good, that they'll jump on board the white knight train readily to keep on validating all things female so that they might be able to get a piece of that validation. But no matter how blue pill you are, no matter how much you white knight, no matter how much you give in to the feminine imperative, you still still be bad.
We have to make peace with the fact that in our society, we are the wrong gender. We have to make peace with this and not give a shit about it. Men are bad, and that’s just the way it is. We have to stop trying to be right, stop trying to beg for some scraps of validation from a system which has been constructed against us, which fundamentally views our best interest as the enemy. We will never be validated or viewed as correct, we will never be viewed as having moral authority, we will never have sympathy. We can only cultivate our power, and our frame. Cultivate ourselves into better men. Badder men. Bad because we do not submit to the feminine imperative of our culture.
Have a lovely day, gentlemen.
