The ones who you will get a yes from are the ones who are unhappy. A few times I have been given major IOIs by married women after talking to them about their relationship. Things are not going so well, my husband cheated on me etc. These women are starved for attention. They don't get it at home. They have to put on a happy face all the time for their friends, family, and co-workers. They want an escape. If they start telling you about their situation it's pretty much a green light.

Personally, I wouldn't consider it outside of this scenario. I think actively trying to pursue a girl who's in a serious committed relationship or marriage is actually just kind of desperate. Women with an SO or especially married are easier because like most people get relaxed when they are comfortable. Like the phrase "harsh times makes strong men. Easy times makes soft men."

People think because they're married they got shit on lock. Like as if they bought something from the store and out away in the garage. If you are high enough value male, it doesnt matter if the girl has a husband or long term boyfriend - they'll fuck you anyways. The only difference is that the one with a significant other tends not to linger around your house/apartment - especially if its not a business trip for them.
