This is actually a good thing and I think we should both realise it and encourage it.

Realise it's a good thing because the more they feel comfortable the more likely they are to out themselves, leaving the rest of us to point, laugh, and then call out the politicians who support their ideology.

Second it means that others will wake up, take steps to avoid them.

It also means they won't be left without a choice, they won't be able to live with their hatred and still call on men for support when they find they need it. They'll have no choice but to do for themselves or die.

As another point they'll weed themselves out of the gene pool and make humanity a better thing overall.

The next time they need an auto mechanic, a plumber, an electrician, a roofer, their garbage picked up and disposed of, their street repaired, their sewer line repaired, etc. they shouldn’t call any of the men they hate to take care of any of those issues.
