Cooking is the shit. It's healthy, it shows you're independent and it's a great way to get her back to your place.

If you like to cook then cook. You shouldn't stop doing something you enjoy because it isn't "alpha".

I always cook a meal WITH new women on date #2. Always. There's no other option for them. It's one more way I test women for potential plate/LTR status.

Lol no. Not if you own it. I absolutely love cooking good food for myself. If they're a shit cook (women these days usually are), you're cooking for yourself and some for them too. You can even get them involved and tell/teach them to do stuff taking on a captain/first mate dynamic.

I have high standards when it comes to food and won't eat just any crap or unhealthy junk. Just enforce the frame that you do this for yourself, not to impress her or be a 'chivalrous' nice guy.

Don't let her start expecting it though and push you into making food for her whenever she wants.

Who says that cooking is "beta"? Boy, is that wrong. Think of all the famous chefs you have ever heard of. I bet almost all of them are men. A man who can't cook is a man who cannot feed himself, which means he is a man who is not self-sufficient. As InvictusCor, the frame is that this is something you do for yourself. You have high standards so you know what's in what you cook, and you know it will come out well.

The guys I know who only know how to bake a pizza are man children. I'm a great cook because I've been cooking for myself all my life and experience pays off. I don't do it for the bitches, I do it for myself, although I'm happy to make enough for everyone while I'm at it.

Cooking is also therapeutic, you can meditate in the focus and timing and flow.

If you don't think it's "manly" enough, at least master the barbecue. You don't have to make pies or anything...but on the other hand, who cares? Make the shit out of some pies.

Do you fucking enjoy cooking? Then do it. Diet and nutrition are key to a healthy lifestyle and every man should know the basics at the very least.

I have friends and relatives over for dinner parties to eat the venison from the deer I kill. What's more masculine than killing and preparing an animal to support your family?

Cooking a meal with a woman is the perfect time to demonstrate your value as a man and your ability to dominate her.

Have her washing things when you're done with them. Tell her to peel the veg. Have her chop an onion then laugh at how bad she is at it. Slap her on the ass and tease her. Do whatever you need to do to make it an enjoyable experience for both of you.

You get to see if she has any LTR potential by seeing her cooking skills, it's fun, if you do it right you'll turn her on and you end up with a great meal. What the hell is beta about that?

Avoid asking questions like "is this alpha" or "is this beta?" Instead focus on asking whether or not your actions were congruent with your goals.

If you live alone you have to do your own laundry, cook, clean the toilet, mop the floors etc unless you afford a maid. All of those are feminine duties.

But cooking is awesome. Making some kick ass dish is fun and feels good.
