Join extracurricular activities and play sports. Those are by far the best ways to meet people in college. Don't be afraid to engage in conversations with people in classrooms as well and ask them to meet up to study.

The key is to put yourself in a situation where you share something in common with people and can make conversation as easy as possible.

I was like you. I know the EXACT feeling you describe. You're frustrated with who you are, you're depressed with your inability to take action, and you feel that this is who you will always be.

This is called learned helplessness. The only solution is to break the cycle. Aim to fail. You're goal is to look stupid, be embarrassed, make it so that this girl never wants to see you again. The consequences you fear, let them be your motivation. Courage is what counts. To the brave go the fair, they say.

You gotta get knocked down, man. It's easier when someone is there to force you to do something because then you have an external influence to appease. This is why PUA bootcamps are effective (but only to a degree). It's much harder when you're doing it for yourself, especially when you already think you're not worthy.

Women seek comfort, they do not seek to provide comfort. Remember this. Don't feel bad that you get fearful...that's the point. If there was no fear to overcome, then there would be no such thing as courage, and comfort would be a baseline for everyone. Comfort is a prize, hence the value of confidence in a man. Confidence is attractive to woman because it is the overt signal that a man is strong and can provide comfort to her.

I was in your shoes a few years ago. The first step is to just stop and think, "How can I fuck a hot girl like this?" and then whatever ideas come to mind, make them your goals. Keep in mind that you should be doing these things for yourself and not 100% for girls (or god forbid, a girl).

I'll tell you what came to mind when I asked myself that. I must be good looking. I must lift, I must look handsome, and have high SMV. Do I cry that I don't have these things yet or do I work on myself every day to increase this little by little?

You just keep improving yourself. Plant some seeds into your head about how you can become more attractive and work your way towards it if you want to. For example: I always hear girls say that tattoo's are hot. I always rationalized it as, "i might not like my tattoo after a few years" or etc. It was a seed that was planted in my head. I slowly wanted a tattoo more and more until finally I said, I AM getting a tattoo". I began this thought a few years ago and just recently like a month ago I finally decided on what I wanted to get tatoo'd and where.

Another thing is that I always hear girls say that they like beards. I was never able to grow a full beard. Just a thick mustache and a thick patch on my chin. I'm 23 and I asked my dad how long it took him to grow a full beard. He said he didn't get a full beard until he was 30. I became a little discouraged, but I said, fuck it, I'm gonna try either way. I just started my beard journey a week ago but I'm very committed in following through and seeing how far I can go. I even bought a face trimmer already and some vitamins that help with hair growth.

Ofcourse, I've been doing other shit like lifting 6x a week, meal prepping, meditating every day, sleeping 8 hours, and most importantly, COLD APPROACHING girls.

I empathize, because I used to be like you, but you have to realize that the disease is worse than the cure. The frustration you feel being at the bottom is worse than the pain it takes to improve.

The problem you've described is not only unique to you but is also not permanent, so fix it. Get out more and talk to people. If you're the nerdy type who's into games then the first step could be getting into board game group. For exercise you can start running, then join something like a running club because running is fucking easy and takes no hand-eye coordination, just determination. Once you're fit you can do some outdoor adventures - the women there are choice. You're in college and finding groups there is easy.

There's your road map. You will feel much, much better when you complete it so that seeing hot girls around will feel awesome.

Have you tried reading any self-improvement books to help with your confidence? I read Models by Manson and it's relevant not only for game but how you present yourself in life. Would recommend.

In a way,I know how you feel,let me tell you a little story When I was a kid I went on like a one day stay/barbeque with my parrents friends from work(mostly moms).This one couple had thre daughters,one was two years younger than me,and she was pretty as hell,the second 3-4 years younger and kinda cute but not that pretty,and an infant daughter,we played n shit,you know,kids stuff,but after that we had like 2-3 more interactions at most in the last like 10 years almost and almost basically forgoten eachother.Then I see her as a freshman in my highschool,and all these old feelings started coming back and I didnt have any courage to talk to her,except for small shit like saying Hi,and somehow later managed to fuck it all up with this girl(story in its self) and i noticed that I did because she started to ignore even the small shit.And guess what? all the fellings just faded away,now,dont really care if she lives or dies,kinda psycho I know but thats just my temerament
