Work on yourself. Read books about love making and oral. So that the next time you get one in the sac. You can be sure that she'll remember you. What ever else happens. Listen to self hypnosis recordings that helps build confidence. Also take a martial arts course. Knowing how to defend yourself. Builds confidence more than anything. Short of having a big willy. You do that and you'll get your girlfriend. She'll come looking for you.

This is gonna sound really stupid and people have judged me for this but it really did allow me to practice socializing and get better.

I went through a tough and dark time like many during the pandemic and I completely lost all confidence and social skills. So I challenged myself, I started watching motivational videos here and there. I watched videos that break down how to communicate/socialize/engage with people/read body language and cues/etc. I partnered both of those with trying to reframe how I see myself in a positive more confident light telling myself "i literally have nothing to lose whatsoever" so why not.

Along with that, being the pandemic and couldnt go anywhere, I unshamefully started to practice in VRchat. I know how that sounds, stupid and pathetic but it truly helped me gain the confidence I have today. Its all anonymous and you'll only see these people again if you frequent certain places or add people so its a place to practice. If you slip up and dont like how you did or feel embarrassed, just move onto another interaction or world. It'll also force you to practice engaging with people first until it feels natural. You'll meet some awesome and unique people (the community isn't full of dweebs and degens) and a lot of people will want to help if you let them in on it. Oh and you dont need a VR headset to play, you can just use desktop.

Being that the pandemic is over of course im going to say put yourself in irl social situations but VRchat is a good stepping stone just dont get too comfortable in that online environment.

Ive also seen a post somewhere where a guy used ai to practice socializing but I feel like thats a slippery slope.

All it is is practice makes perfect, you have to get uncomfortable to be comfortable with yourself. It can be a long journey but its worth the investment. As you find yourself youre going to find someone along the way, thats how I did it.

Edit: The "i have nothing to lose" is key, i ingrained that in my head and it resulted in a relationship. Everything is temporary, what you do tomorrow on a whim could start something new or have literally no consequences.

Lastly, try forcing minimal social interactions. For example I live in the south so its easy to strike up conversations with people. I would always make an effort to conversate with the cashier at the grocery store, make an effort to be friendly to the front desk people at my school's library, compliment the occasional stranger on something like their shirt, etc.

This might get taken down for being too general. I don't know what to tell you I think you need to be more introspective, if you're in university you're obviously intelligent. So when I say introspective I mean you have to understand your weaknesses, and your strengths. My strengths were my communication skills, looks, intelligence, leadership, and charisma. My weaknesses used to be lack of confidence, patience, escalation, and being too aggressive early on. If you wanna meet a girl you have to start approaching, building a social circle and genuinely connecting with the women around you. In the USA you have to be 21 to go to bars and clubs, so if you're of age I'd start there!

Don’t overthink. Keep your attention rooted in your body, your feet, your spine, your cock, and on the other person. When you feel ‘awkward’ or overthink you are just in your head and no use to anyone.
Practice ways to be spontaneous and to nurture your intuition / connection to your body and feeling state.

Don't force it. I've been there. You end up being with toxic women. Focus on improving yourself and let that happen organically. Work out, save & invest money, read, travel. A good woman will see you're a good guy and hopefully find herself into your frame
