Note: This is more day/social-circle/highschool game.

I'm noticing a big difference between what I class as when I'm low-energy versus when I'm high-energy.

Sometimes, when I'm happy and energetic, I'm loud and charismatic, talking to everyone, laughing and smiling all the time. I see IOIs from a lot of girls when I do this - only problem is that sometimes when I go one-on-one, it becomes hard to sustain the happy, charismatic, talkative vibe (please help if anyone else has this prolbem).

Sometimes, when I'm less energetic, quieter, I'll talk much less, lean back more, have way more heavy eye contact and awkward silences. That seems to turn some girls off (they'll just look away and move away) but some return my eye contact and keep starting conversations with me. But in these situations, I almost never smile, maybe just a smirk. There seems to be MUCH MORE sexual tension in these situations, but like I said, it seems to turn a lot of girls off.

So, can anyone please shed light on this dichotomy for me? Thanks.
