women can not work physically demanding jobs on the same level as men

men have much more muscle mass than woman on average

even the average male athelete in a specific sport can out perform most female olympic gold medalists in the same sport

there have only been 3 recorded dunks in wnba history

the average woman can not unload skids of 66lb cement bags all day at the same rate as the average male

or carry lumber when building a house frame

or wheelbarrow dirt/cement

or lift and lay cinder blocks with one hand

etc

there is a reason why women only account for 4% of the construction work force and it has little to do with cultural roles sexism or patriarchy and a lot to do with biology

until physical strength is not a bonus in that line of work the situation will remain as is
