a little less than twenty minutes ago i was at my father's house visiting to catch up on life a little. one of the family's older female friends was there. mid to late 40's i think. i grew up around this person and never really liked her, but have always remained civil. all growing up she would hug me against my will but i never really thought much of it. she was getting on my nerves something fierce and i was really trying to hint that she should leave me alone, as i was trying to talk to my dad. she sort of attack hugged me from behind and kissed the side of my head. i pushed her off and she tried again. so i pushed her off agian and started speaking my mind. everyone in the room was looking at me like i had kicked a puppy. i then said i was leaving and she said "woow" in a sarcastic tone. i looked at her and said " i dont know how you don't realize that i am not comfortable around you" i was not yelling and i walked out calmly. nobody said anything and i left.

i am shaking right now because i have never done anything like that before. i can't help but wonder how this situation may have been different if the gender was swapped, like say it was an older male and my sister. i guarantee my father and everyone would have jumped his ass, so why is it alright to happen to me? why am i the bad guy here? no means no right? i'm not asking for advice or sympathy or anything, i just needed to tell someone. i'm pretty shaken right now.
