National Women's Law Center wants feminists to "Jam the Phones" in support of "Paycheck Fairness Act" which discriminates against males

As a non-American how does this discriminate against men?

They note that they're for it to get rid of organizations retaliating against their employees for sharing their salary amount with other employees which seems like a good thing to me.

I'm sure there may be more to this law that makes it discriminatory against men but this article doesn't provide anything showing that.

Their evidence that women are somehow not being payed fairly is a woman who asked about her paycheck at work?

Their method of getting support for the issue is to speak louder than everyone else?

Do people at there work share how much they make with their co workers. My company policy prohibits it.

Where I work when it come for a review for a raise/promotion everything comes into play, how many times you were late, called in sick, how you interact with your co workers, even the way you present your self (attire profesionalism etc). Many things are a factor not just productivity.
