This is a good question. Bump to see if there are any good replies. When it comes to girls and loyalty, I myself can’t tell the difference between a healthy gut feeling vs being paranoid.

A gut feeling comes from past experiences

Paranoia definition from google: a mental condition characterized by delusions of persecution, unwarranted jealousy, or exaggerated self-importance, typically elaborated into an organized system. It may be an aspect of chronic personality disorder, of drug abuse, or of a serious condition such as schizophrenia in which the person loses touch with reality.

I added the emphasis on certain words, TL;DR paranoia is irrational and has no root in reality

Here is a list of the things that are in a hurry:

You need to breathe within 4 minutes
You need to regain your body temperature within hours
You need to eat within 3 weeks

Everything else is not a hurry unless you are in a war or disaster situation. If you don't know if you can trust your gut, give yourself some time.

Paranoia is better than being fucking blindsided while knowing nothing.

Knowing boxing you may be looking around for people looking to start shit in a club VS being hit in the back of the head with a chair while chilling watching the game with mates.

The reason betas experience paranoia in relationships is because they have a reason to: they know that they're low smv. Betas know deep down in their heart of hearts that their smv isn't high enough to keep a girl faithful thus experience frequent gut feelings & paranoia.

This is also the same reason why high smv guys never experience these gut-feelings. They know that they're too high smv for any girl to leave or cheat on them and even if they do they'll replace her with no effort.
