Time heals all the wounds. Women can be breathtaking and fascinating. You may feel angry because of your ego and emotions not wanting to admit your own shortcomings with the other sex.

Grasp a concept of nihilism (at your own risk): There is no point of living. No point in doing this or that in particular. Therefore, each decision is just as pointless as any other one. Thus, being angry is pointless to the same degree as seeking asnwers to all the questions and rocking the world and your life. As pointless as everything. = As important as everything. Ease off, nobody, you included, means jack shit in the world. Why get angry then? Mute your ego and if pussy gives you pleasure - strive to get pussy. But at all costs keep yourself as #1 priority.

If you have not yet, read rollo tomasis second Rational Male book, preventive medicine. I think, while b eing short, it does a good job going into detail on how women are concerning hypergamy and all, which is kinda the "root of the problem" for you I assume.

Do you hate a dog for living his life the way he sees fit? Do you hate a snake for being a snake? They live their life the way they do as it is their nature to do so. Being angry at them is tilting at windmills. It's in a women's nature to live her life, as a woman.

The best way to deal with it is to learn and understand their nature. Just as you would treat a rattle snake with certain precautions you should have rules for handling women. And just like a snake that bites you, you shouldn't be surprised if a woman does something that bothers you if you break these rules.

In the long run, you should have a mission. Let women in your life to support the mission, but don't let them be the mission. Celebrate them for what they are, not what they aren't.

Why be mad at women for being women? Just understand it. You can be mad that you were lied to your whole life about the nature of women, but they're just women. They can't help it.

Improve your SMV - your are angry because you now realize no girl is ever going to like you for "you". You now realize the wetness of her vagina is directly related to your SMV. Now I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you now realize 8-9s aren't gonna fuck you because you not and 8-9. When you realised that, it was painful and made you angry.

So my advice would be to increase your value to the point where women want to be in your company, its very difficult to hate them at that point. It's more like you understand their "nature", and accept them for what they are.

They have their sexual strategies and men have ours. They’re not gold-digging whores, they require men with resources to help them bear and raise children. Don’t hate them because they prefer tall, strong males; they need a strong male to protect them and their offspring.

Part of your answer lies in your question. You keep learning new things. If you're trying to get rid of the anger, double-down on your reading and education about female nature. The more complete your knowledge, the less likely you will have to waste your time wallowing in emotion.

The more educated guys here will often say being angry at "women" doesn't make any sense, because most women aren't even conscious or aware of their behaviors anymore than the family pet is self aware.

If you still harbor resentment and have bitterness, it's case by case - it really depends on how much time you wasted in ignorance; that feeling of loss will naturally fester and cause you to suffer if you keep those memories on repeat in your mind.

It does take time, as it has been mentioned in this thread already. However, be cautious of these comments that are telling you to flip a switch or just accept it, because if you don't fully understand female nature, or you're continuing to be surprised by their behaviors, then you're missing something that would cause that switch to flip in your mind or accept the world as it is.

If you are missing fundamentals, then you are going to repeatedly get "surprised" by female nature, and you'll just live out the rest of your days in constant outrage and self misery.

I am not sure that a thinking/feeling man ever really gets both feet out of the anger phase, but if you endeavour to surround yourself with women who have actually accomplished meaningul goals/acheivements in their lives, it can dull the edge somewhat (as they are often more down to earth as well).

There is a difference between a chick getting her Masters or something and a chick who worked three jobs to get it done... find females who weren't handed everything they have.
