Discuss it with people. Discuss how in the legal sense you were raped, but even if she gets pregnant, you're still financially responsible.

There's three separate sets of rights going on here.

The right of people to not be raped. Obviously this one was violated, and that's totally shit.
The right of a woman to choose to have an abortion, or to choose to not have an abortion. This is basic bodily autonomy, just as much as not being sexually violated is.
The right of a child, an innocent in all of this, to have support.

I don't think these three things are inconsistent, however. I think (1) makes the woman in question unsuitable to be a mother as she's clearly sociopathic. (2) means she nevertheless gets to make a decision about whether to carry the child to term. (3) means that the father should therefore get sole custody and receive child support. Hopefully he'll have the option to put the child up for adoption.

Much like I responded to the last time this issue came up when a woman was the drunk one, I think people need to take responsibility for the consequences of their actions when they drink. I see no reason why I should change my ethical view based on the gender of the people involved.

Under current laws, I would agree that this should be considered rape. It is very important for laws to be enforced equally between the genders.

I wish the guy all the best, and I hope it works out. I know what it is like to date someone who wants to have a kid (in my case, her view was "so I can stay home and don't have to get a career"), so I certainly have sympathy.

While it's clearly rape, it's also her body and her choice whether or not to abort. I certainly hope he decides to be a good father if that's how it turns out. No need to make the innocent suffer.
