So in the uk men make up 93% of those convicted, yet there is an abundance of evidence showing that domestic violence is a 50/50 affair between men and women. http://www.csulb.edu/~mfiebert/assault.htm

In your example above you cite a woman who has domestically assaulted her partner and got arrested, good perfect thats what should happen. MRA's want that to be the way it is, we want an end to the assumption of male guilt and the arrest of innocent men who are merely accused of domestic violence.

I'm going to be a bit speculative and say had he called 911 while still at her apartment, it would have been seen in a completely different light.

The ONLY reason she was arrested was because it was a female cop; they tend to grasp the fact that women can lie and aren't busy trying to impress Ms. Princess.

If it had been all male cops, she never would have gone to jail.

Fuck that's horrible.

But its not just in extreme cases. I've seen cops make judgements that the woman was responsible based on her behavior when the cop arrived (yelling and lashing out but not hitting).

Not all cops are pigs or morally bankrupt when it comes to male victims. So don't count the cops out completely.

My mom kneed her boyfriend in the nuts once when they were fighting, and immediately turned to walk away. He then turned around and punched her in the back of the head. She fell and fainted. She was arrested. But he wasn't even like, lectured.
