Actually, I wouldn't get too worried about the graffiti itself. This bullshit either comes across as the facile joke that it is, or makes the author look like a loon.

It is worrying that the University thought it was a good idea to stick it on their website though.

EDIT: Scratch that. This is just an archived image, in a collection of images. It isn't as if the university has chosen this image to represent themselves. And neither are they editorialising through the image.

This is a form of art challenging the patriarchy, you do not have to agree with the message. The University featuring it does not mean they endorse it's views.
