I just feel a little uncomfortable around this person, as I tried to be friendly with her when I first started my job and I found out through other people she was making complaints about my posture and mannerisms. She basically complained to other people about me adjusting myself.

Now, I can understand that scratching yourself in public isn't professional, but at the same time this is a very, very relaxed and liberal company. And why can't I adjust myself from time to time? If a female had to adjust her bra strap would people complain?

At any rate I got a feeling she might make up other reasons to complain to HR and I basically steer clear of her and Ignore her for the most part.

This coworker will not interact with males that she works with. She is never sitting with males at lunch, or on her breaks, or during big company meetings. When I ask her a work related question I am intensely uncomfortable because it is obvious she hates anything with a penis.

She is on my team at work though so I do have to interact with her.

Thoughts? Advice?

I posted this on the regular reddit feed and was basically crucified for suggesting that the problem was hers to deal with.
