second if you read the info you will notice the base behind the satire is the fact that by not funding womens health, women are going to have more UTIs and yeast infections, preventing them from having sex in the first place

So a majority of men who dont get much or any sex (including those within marriage), and who arnt having their needs met anyway, are being threatend with having sex withheld unless they pay for womens sexual health (after these women catch STI's from the minority of males deemed worthy).
