Lately there have been quite a few comments and submissions that have been reported.

Many of them end up being completely legitimate comments, nothing offensive in them, and I really can't possibly see why they were reported. My first thought is that it is some troll doing it, but it doesn't seem to be quite frequent enough for it to be a troll.

This is just a request - if you are going to report something, make sure it is either:

a) Spam - like an advertisement

b) Purposeful trolling, like a spew of insults and foul language that are intended to simply goad someone.
