I'm afraid that isn't the problem. The feminist woke movement either knows very well they're hurting innocent people, or will keep denying it no matter what. I agree one of the arguments against this culture is pointing (not to the woke themselves, but to the doubting or uninformed bystanders) at the sanism in it, expecting everybody who is 'privileged' to be totally 'balanced' and 'emotionally strong' (while 'oppressed groups' have the right to feel hurt and upset all the time!). But it is only one point and I doubt if it would work very well as spearhead of anti-woke criticism.

It's actually more than just that though. You can be neurotypical and still get called creepy for very minor things that most sane people would simply laugh off and attribute to nerves. As if only autistic people can make social blunders (though oftentimes people exaggerate things that aren't social blunders even if they are). I think because men are expected to be the sole initiators, a lot of women don't have an appreciation of how hard it is is to approach. They have no idea how nervous most guys are and how easy it is to say something stupid because they don't have to worry about that. And then when you combine that with rape paranoia caused by overrepresentation of crime...

But you make a good point. The way people talk its like people assume all those with autism are automatically going to be like Chris chan or something. Which is just blatantly not true.

Woke people dont care about truth or actual justice. They care about flaunting their moral superiority and showing everyone how woke they are.

Great example is when that cop shot the black girl who was literally trying to stab another black girl. The woke mob ignored all context and ranted about how "cops are killing innocent black kids." Some even went so far as to say that stabbing isnt bad and the cop shouldve just let her stab the other girl.

If they see someone being non woke, they wont care that hes neurodivergent. The best you could do is get neurodivergency higher up on the woke hierarchy of things that need protection.

I guess we educate people better, so they could be more understanding.

Honestly I just try in my own life to highlight that most of these type of people mean no harm and would more than happily change their behavior if someone took the damn time to explain social rules and expectations to them.

For some reason, I tend to mesh really well with the fringe society types and people who are vaguely on the autism spectrum. They are weird, yeah, but most are either legitimately clueless on why they are weird. I've had whole discussions with a coworker about his social expectations for dating because he kept on saying he wanted the "beautiful, college, virgin, Christian" type and it turned out to not be his actual desires but what he felt he "should" be pushing for as a man.

Neurodivergent people, when left with a lack of understanding, tend to reflect media. And guess what, media is UTTER SHIT at providing legitimate, non-creepy dating advice to men. That's honestly half the problem right there.

Cancel culture 100% specifically targets neurodivergent males a lot of the time. I would know, I’ve been cancelled a few times (and yes, I do mean a few, though they mostly stayed within insular communities).

Pushback against cancel culture needs to come from the left, as the right-wing has co-opted it just like they co-opted “fake news”, which used to refer to genuinely fake news often peddled in a propagandist way by right-wing personalities and publications. I think us on LWMA can agree that cancel culture is very often harmful just like we agree that misandry is harmful, so in the way that we promote bringing men’s issues into the left-wing, we should do that with cringe / cancel culture too.

Vocally push back about it when the topic comes up in real life. Bring up the very real examples of where it has hurt innocent people. Always make it known and aware that specifically targeting autistic people is hugely ableist.

I dunno man, it's the same people posting about anti-bullying and inclusivity that are the sort of regressives that do shit like accuse people of being neckbeards and creepy. The people right in the middle of the normal distribution have mistaken their position as being 'the top.'

Just speak up in a polite, firm way explaining why it is unjust. You have the moral high ground. They might try to dismiss by saying the person isn’t really on the autism spectrum, but if you have proof, you can make them look like a total ass for making fun of someone with a disability.

EDIT: not saying this is easy. I tried explaining this dynamic once with my feminist sister and she got really triggered

Yes. Unfortunately autistic men still get shunned and bullied plenty. It just so happens that it isnt because they are 'autistic' but instead are 'weird creepy incels', without really displaying incelish behaviour. Speaking as an autistic person myself, it seems being socially awkward, having unpopular interests and increased emotional sensitivity is being increasingly shamed. It just feels like women are allowed to be strong and free, whereas men are being told to be silent and stoic, -to support women's choices even at the cost of their own wellbeing. I would try pointing out their autism, but I find a lot of people use that as a basis to hate aswell. Autistic people are easy targets, so calling them out exposes them. Theres not a lot one can really do other than put in place better support and mental health services for autistic men - women already have plenty.

Doesn't help that there are those who are either not autistic, or have a mild case, using it as an excuse for their not so innocent behaviours, thus taking away the credibility of the legit cases.
