A lot of times moderators go un acknowledged. But being in a lot of ways thrust into the position of one early on in this subs history. I've come to appreciate the amount of behind the scenes work that's being done.

It's nothing short of amazing. And I'm glad we can make this excellent community be what it is. And it's so very exciting to see it grow. (and please! feel free to advertise us)

I won't lie. I do not do the bulk of the mod work. I can try. But whenever I check the mod queue it's empty. Everything is done already. Which works well for me. I feel much more comfortable as something of a diplomat.

I recently reached out to the main MR sub and /u/thetinmenblog to craft a social media campaign in the hopes of combatting negative stereotypes against men.

And currently I am trying to get the reddit admin's attention in the dual hopes of getting better mental health support for the users here who are hurting and to get something done about abusive ideologically driven powermods and hateful subreddits.

I couldn't do stuff like that if it weren't for the rest of the LWMA mod team taking care of shit behind the scenes.

So thanks to all of them.
