First, define how unattractive you are physically first.

Secondly, you should start by working on your game at a minimum… for example your kino game, your frame (yes, having a strong frame is a part of game), your social game (with males and females), your flirting game… etc.

Getting that down is half the battle.

As far as step 1 and 2 are concerned:

1) Be Attractive

I would consider this to be a social skills thing, and not really a physical thing, though I can't say everyone here would agree with that. Being attractive is behaving in a way that draws people to you - you have to practice this. (Unless you are like 350lbs, then IDK, thats huge.)

2) Don't Be Unattractive

This is a physical and social. Basically, once you are an average looking guy, most closing opportunities are simply yours to lose via social faux pas, lack of game, etc.

I am average looking, but through dressing well and a lot of social game do better than more attractive guys at the same event.

You have to practice.

Being attractive is much more than just physical fitness. Fitness is the buy-in for many guys… but that’s about it. Social status, personality, humor, $$, and frame are all key components after passing the appearance test. And frankly there are guys who kill it enough on those things that their fitness “buy-in” is lower than some schmucks who aren’t rich, etc.

The key though is frame. It always comes back to frame if you want to get past about 12 hours with a woman.

Prior to initiating have your gym bag ready, or otherwise prepare to leave the house and do something productive.

Now initiate. If she's receptive, good for you. If not you say "OK, sweetie pie", peck on the cheek, grab your gym bag and leave. Also good for you, you now have an extra 60 seconds to go and do something to help you progress on your MAP.

The point is you were going to work on your MAP anyway.
