• [ ] I have a coworker. We’ll call him D. D is notorious for making out of line jokes at work. The leads know it, and he’s been warned many times. I think he’s actually on his last warning, or near it. When I first started working at this job, D was really sweet but then suddenly started making sexual jokes. Constantly. I brushed it off because I would only see him a few times as we worked different shifts. He stopped talking to me because I went to get food with another coworker and refused to give him my number. Yes, seriously. He talked about how much he hated me to everyone. Anyways, I recently moved over to his department. Something still felt off about him. So I decided to do some research on social media. And I wish I could unsee it. I found his old twitter, CONSTANT jokes about rpe, joKinG about putting a roofie in a coworkers drink, memes with bill crosby, photos of self defense tools for women and him captioning it with saying he’ll still come for her. Other stuff about how rpe isnt real. It doesn’t exist if you cover her mouth. Lots and lots of porn and anime. These tweets were about 4 years back. I showed one of my uppers and she basically justified it. Saying “well thats how he jokes.” I feel stupid but I think that’s her being a pickme. So what I’m asking from you ladies is, what would you do? I kept all screenshots of D’s account and any evidence in case something happens with him and I (another joke or whatever). I just feel so disgusted and sick to my stomach. How would you go about this situation? Would you even do anything?
