Cheese is my drug of choice. There is a cheese shop in Amador along the winery route that does cheese tastings. I could spend all day in there. I love a good extra sharp cheddar. Tillamook is the best grocery store brand though.

Each cheese has it's own place and specialty to shine. Can't make creamy mac n' cheese with anything but some blasphemous American processed, but that can't replace mozzarella on a pizza, or sharp cheddar with bacon. Depends on what we're eating bougie bastard 🧐
