Actually I think 10,000 members within two years and a few months is not that bad. What I'm more worried about is that the ideas discussed here hardly get discussed anywhere else, and even less than a few years ago, is my impression.

I like this sub very much as well and it's great having a politically left group that cares about male rights and is trying to advocate for them. Too often far too many anti-feminist and men's rights resources online is right-wing and it's hard to find politically left anti-feminist content online, so this sub is a breath of fresh air. I lean pretty heavily to the left with most of my views, but I despise contemporary feminism and find it's no different from white supremacy at all. They honestly come off as the same idealogy to me, both enforcing supremacist rhetoric and demonizing their perceived enemies. When you think about it, feminism isn't even truly compatible with any sort of leftist idealogy. This sub is a true breath of fresh air, advocating for male issues and condemning feminism, and not spreading the usual right-wing propaganda and rhetoric under the guise of male advocacy. Too many people make the association with feminism and leftism when neither is compatible in the first place.

Also apologies 😅, I've been saying this same repetitive comment for past three posts which were all about people finally finding a sub to talk about men's issues.

Yep. Last sub I came across like this ended up modding me because I dissed feminism a couple times.

Like, the gender discussions are such crapshows. So much tribalism. The right is full of legitimate woman haters, and the feminist movement is unsufferable and obviously one sided.

I just came across this sub after a guy i follow on here mentioned it and holy crap, it's like an island of sanity so far.

Starting small is good, it will grow. Since it's an open reddit, it's good to develope a good core that anyone can see the strength, open-minded, empowerment we provide as a community. I heard one of the main feminist reddits went private? Lol
