Nope. When you're thinking like that you're entering into a spiral of comparison. You don't know if that woman always looked like that, you don't know if she will look like that next year or the year after. You don't know what she's like as a person.

You run the risk of seeing a woman as a trophy if you envy the next man.

I don't pay attention to other couples nor do I care. What they do has nothing to do with me. Shit is toxic if you compare yourself looking at two couples in love and say "why isn't that me?"

I don't get jealous of their women, I'm envious of the traits that allow these men to attract women and this in turn makes me sad because it has a negative effect on my self-esteem.

yep. I typically get jealous of very handsome men or men who just have an easy time with girls. Seems really easy for them to get women and generally just scratch that itch so to speak. And I suppose I want that badly. It'd be nice not to have to put effort into finding a disirable partner

I don't get jealous of guys with "hot" or very attractive wives/gf's. There's a lot of baggage that comes with having a very attractive partner

I don't get jealous of guys with hot girlfriends. I get jealous of couples who married as virgins and are still together after thick and thin, wealth and poverty for 30 or 40 years.

I don’t get jealous of another guys girl, but I get jealous when another man makes my girl happy or something like that and I’m very protective of her. I don’t mind feeling like that. We all get jealous like when we were kids and your mum was nice to another kid and you wanted all the attention, or when someone tries to befriend your best friend and you’re kinda like aakkkk. I mean it’s the woman I’m willing to die for and give her everything I have so I want her all to myself and she definitely feels the same way about me lol. Nothing controlling and weird tho

I used to but I learned to be content with myself. Also I don't know many people in enviable relationships to be honest. Happy looking pics on Instagram is one thing but a lot of the couples I know are absolutely toxic to each other. I'd rather be single than stuck in something like that.

Not too much, I always feel happy for them if both partners are content. I try to sort of be positive and use the notion as a goal for myself to work towards being someone who could be a good partner, though I do get down sad sometimes but it’s something that can be overcome.

Yes, I do. Then I remind myself that the guy has to put up with her nagging and bitching all day long for years and years just to have the bragging rights and the few moments of pleasure of being with her. And I don’t feel so bad anymore, lol. As Spock says in Star Trek, having is not as satisfying as wanting. A lesson every man has to learn by experience. The reality is never as good as the fantasy.
