To keep things brief I (22f) have been dating a great guy (26f) with a lot of HV traits and no red flags to my knowledge for a little over a month. ~9 dates, we don’t text everyday but when we do the conversation is good and he has shown consistent effort in everything he does, learning my interests, and getting to know me (not to mention HV date ideas). I’ve been to his place a few times and he has never made a move or initiated anything (I initiated cuddling once and he went with it). Should I be relieved that he isn’t pushing for more or concerned? As someone who hasn’t done much physically, I can’t help but to think it’s obvious and he is just following my energy. He’s a joy to be around but I’m afraid neither of us are gonna bite the bullet (although there have been some “close” moments where I thought he was going to kiss me). He hasn’t even really attempted to hold my hand, we usually just hug to greet/depart.

Update

So I spent time with him again and he wasn’t pushy but he did initiate touch. Still no kissing but I don’t mind that cause I do like taking it slow. Thanks for all you ladies feedback! I’m gonna keep vetting for now.
