i actually had an issue where i was mentally abused for a year and just recently have come to terms with this fact after around 6 years of taking full blame for a failed relationship.

because of that situation i lost so many years in guilt not realizing that some of that guilt was caused in part from others gaslighting me. why is this not taken seriously?

it’s difficult because the standard narrative tends not to consider the male in a break up scenario. i was singled out by my ex, she was a narcissist.

it would be great if men had better support where when a situation occurs someone can step in objectively and say “no that’s bullshit, she is messing with you because she is abusive and narcissistic”

there are women out there capable of luring men in to take advantage of them and until the mainstream narrative considers that, we will continue to see outrageous posts like this.
