Hey, good luck and be proactive. Just to let you know you are not alone, I decided to be quite open and friendly in the last 2 months, everywhere I am and go, including work. Well, as can be easily imagined, I said something that someone complained about, something harmless but, I got a verbal warning.

Now, I have, at work, completely shut down that friendly side of myself, except when it comes to being able to do my job, specifically. Otherwise, I do not care about the names or jobs of anyone in this place, at all, anymore, unless it is job specific.

Now, and maybe I am imagining this but, could it be because I am only 5ft 7 average dude and not a 6ft 2 chad chadington? Oh well, my job is far more important anyways so men, be careful out there. And again, for OP, be pro active.

Had a similar situation with an ex-boss. When confronted by the next level of management up I simply said 'prove it', knowing of course that it couldn't be done with any objective set of information. Case closed.

dont forget to bring in character witnesses if they are brought up at all. homies will sometimes effectively back you up, if it goes to court.

if she was violent towards you, that might help as well to show her mental instability.
