Something I've noticed is people who use filler especially in the lips look more aged, ofc there is the pillow face but something I've noticed with the lips is that it seems like the lips almost become heavy or something, I find that having lip filler thay is noticeable especially when you start getting a bit older just make people look older so it's not adding to anti aging. And also young people who have lip filler I also find sometimes look older then their age (not always but often).

I've also noticed that almost without a doubt people with lip filler seem to have naso labia folds, there are some who don't like Madison beer but most so and especially after mid 20s.

Am I going crazy or is this something you guys have noticed? And I'm not sure why lip filler would make someone look older I just have noticed that often they do, their lip look heavy and hang strangley and they often have folds..

EDIT: I also find that it seems to elongate the philtrum not for people with short ones, but if its long I find that it looks worse, maybe the plumpness of the upper lip emphasis the philtrum or something. Also wonder if it potentially could make the lip almost hang if there is a lot of filler like it makes the philtrum longer because it actually pulls it? 🤔 probably not idk haha
