Is what my brother said indicative of redpill thinking?

Hi there, I’m kind of familiar with the redpill community, but I would like some perspective on something.

After a few drinks, my brother (29M) was ranting about superficiality in the dating world. Eventually he said this, specifically to my boyfriend:

“Any relationship between two attractive people is fake. They’re only together for each others’ looks and because they’re horny. No one dates because of a purely intellectual connection anymore.”

I’m paraphrasing a little, but this is more or less what he said.

I’ve been thinking about it a lot, because it sounds a bit like incel thinking. I’m worried that he might be getting sucked into a toxic community. Should I be concerned about him?

He's always been kind of a socially awkward guy, never been in a relationship at 29 years old, but actively dating.
