I am sorry this happened to you. In which country do you live? The laws are different and without further information nobody can really give you a goid advice. Perhaps it would be the best to look for a (female) lawyer specialized in this field. Or there might be organisations helping the victims of crimes, for example in Germany Der weiße Ring. They can tell you who to turn to.

You might also want to look for therapy because it is hard to deal with an incident like this. I don't want to sound patronizing, just worried about you.

Non consensual sexual activity is sexual assault. Alcohol removes your ability to consent. You'd clearly stated an intention to not have sex until marriage.

If sexual activity occurred, due to you being inebriated and unable to say no, then you were sexually assaulted.

Absolutely press charges. But you'll be accused of "regretting it" rather than it being acknowledged as assault. Push it forward anyway. This man was told multiple times that inequivocally you were not going to have sex, he did so anyway. I'd not be surprised if you were more drunk than you thought you'd be for the number of drinks you'd had....

Yes as long as the statue of limitations as not passed in your state. If you are in the US, I would call a local rape crisis center or RAINN and they’d be able to get you more legal information.

You can file charges criminally or through civil court. Criminal charges are prosecuted by the state and result in prison time or other some legal punishment if convicted guilty, so you would not need representation. Civil court is one a private citizen sues another party for monetary damages of a legally punishable defense. Civil court tends to be easier say more in favor of sexual assault victims however it requires providing your own legal representation which can be expensive but some lawyers will work out a good deal with you for payment. You can pursue both criminal and civil charges at the same time if you want again as long as the statue of limitations has not passed yet for the crime.

First of all, it is rape.

Secondly, I think the issue is more around evidence at this point and protecting yourself if he were to try and retaliate. Can't advise on that part and you need a lawyer

Often, an advocate can accompany you to make a delayed report. Contact the YWCA or whomever provides those services in your area. If Google can't help with finding a women's resource center, call the sex crimes or crimes against persons division at the nearest large police department and ask them. These centers also often offer therapy at no cost to survivors of sexual &/or domestic violence. Let me be very clear- even in my backward ass state, a drunk person CANNOT consent. That old "get a girl drunk and take advantage of her" nonsense is a FELONY. Yes, it may be very hard to prove & the case may go nowhere, but take your power back & report if that helps you do so. If you are in college, you may also report the incident to your Title IX coordinator, and kick up a fuss until they do something. Find your voice and use it. Find your strength & grow it. Don't let that doofus fuckhead take your voice & your power from you. You got this.

You certainly could file a complaint with the police if you wanted to. To be forewarned, the legal system drags victims through the mud. Going through the process has been called the “second rape” because it is so violating and traumatic for the victims. Just something to keep in mind. Keep your eyes open and maybe get some cameras for your home and vehicles. If he’s watching your social media, he might be physically watching you, too. You’d have much better luck going to the police with physical evidence of stalking and include his rape in your statement. Those kinds of men know no bounds and are doing other shady things, too. That’s the angle I’d go with, honestly.
