This is true, but it does require men to take care of themselves. Things that should be basic knowledge and taught to men by their fathers and mentors, but are frequently learned the hard way and later in life. Including but not limited to exercising (aerobic and anaerobic training), eating properly, abstaining or using in moderation things like drugs and alcohol, and even making the right financial decisions. Knowledge about women and relationships is something I would add to that list, but that's a whole monster in itself. The aforementioned don't happen overnight and generally also require a person to make some missteps along the way, but a consistent amount of effort over a lifetime pays huge dividends.

The "wall" with women is physical and permanent. Their looks hold up poorly and menopause in the 40's puts an end to sex and the hormonal imbalance pushes their already trying personalities over the edge of bearable.

The "wall" with men is mostly of the mind. Get past the crazy hormone induced delusion of the 20's and you start losing your ability to put up with all the bs, just for some vagina now and then..... and that is really all the modern woman has to offer.

The break even male/ female SMV point is at 27-28 years in this model. Very close to Rollo Tomassi's model where the break even is at 30-31.

In other words dating women 27+ is like picking scraps. She gets your best years, you don't, you get the scraps. She already gave her best beauty and fertility years to Chads riding CC.

Another evidence to look for women 18-22/ for women to look for LTRs in their prime.. You did not want me in your prime, I don't want you in your decline.

And we haven't even touched on her body count and pair bonding ability, grape divorce laws, and biased family courts laws.

Love Colttaine's stuff.

As a man, once you get into your mid to late 30's and look at the women you grew up with; the asymmetry between what you and they look like is staggering (provided you took care of yourself). Attractive women are truly candles that burn twice as bright but half as long.

The first thing that starts to show typically is their skin. Collagen fibrils start to deteriorate in late 20's. Their skin is less soft to the touch and dries up quicker. It's not as taut and sags in certain areas. Crows feet around the eyes and lips start to form. Women call these "laugh lines" to avoid the ugly truth. Laugh lines are different from crows feet.

Their neck and hands start to wrinkle and show this deterioration quicker than other parts of the body. Notice women are often moisturizing their hands and face throughout the day when they hit a certain age? Asian and Black women are lucky that these changes hit them much later in life. Meanwhile, White women start to look like a dried apple when they hit their late 30's.

Hair issues also start to kick in. It becomes more dry and brittle due to less natural oil production. It is not a coincidence that many women in their mid-30's get a short haircut. They will say "I was ready for something new!", but in reality their hair simply doesn't look as nice as it used to; so they chop it off.

I didn't even mention what happens when they have put on substantial amounts of weight during their wild oats party years. Excess weight becomes increasingly difficult to lose as we age; and while Black women are fortunate to have great skin and curvaceous bodies compared to most other demographics, they are the most overweight group by a mile. The fat that is in all the right places quickly goes to all the wrong places when they hit the wall.

We are now seeing an entire generation of self-made spinsters trying to navigate a brutal dating market; and the results (like them) aren't pretty.

Maybe this is a bit unrelated but Men need to focus more on being successful and not just on the money side, I mean every aspect of yourself. I feel like I had to do this throughout my life in order to keep women on their toes so to speak. I'm no expert but I have seen some shit, just sharing my experience. We can't let these women catch us slippin' is all I'm saying. Self-improvement is key, focus on yourself.

Great to know that at least one manosphere guy is at least mostly unchanged by the last 6 or 7 years and doesn't appear to have the instability or whatever a lot of the other content creators seemed to pick up.

Quality content and always awesome to revisit a classic contributor and some worthwhile information to think about.

I know i'll get downvoted to hell but that's probably one of the only thing on the redpill ideology that i think is BS.

Most men my age (30+) looks worse than the girls the same age and show earlier signs of aging.

Women are way better than us when it comes to skin care.

Men just doesn't care and as a result, their face looks worse.

That's why i advocate for men to do sport, eat healthy and take care of their skincare routine early on.
