OP is exactly correct, this is the first step towards removing jury trials, and replacing them with “specially trained rape judges”. And who will do that training? Well, we know the answer to that, it will be hard-line radical feminists, and the result will be all men will be presumed guilty, unless they can prove their innocence.

You can see that a huge percentage of the cases do not proceed because the “complainant“ will not give any evidence, and does not want the case to go any further.

This particular section is very revealing. Note that they do not consider that one of the reasons that the “victim“ does not “support the case“, is because it’s a false allegation, and they made the whole thing up.

Once reality dawns for the false accuser, they withdraw their support. For many of these false accusers, they have already achieved their objective: A man has been arrested, intimately searched, DNA and other samples have been taken, and he has been in jail for days, weeks or months. He has most likely lost his job, and will be ostracised from his friends, family and society. Perhaps his wife has left him, and his children have been taken into care. He will forever have a serious police record, and his name will be smeared across the Internet, television, newspapers and the media.

Of course, no one will ever know her name, as even if she withdraw support for the case, she will have lifelong anonymity.

When the victim doesn’t support the case (Outcome 16)

In more than a third of the cases we reviewed (120 cases), the victim didn’t support the investigation from the outset. There are many understandable, and complicated, reasons why victims may not support police action. These include:

fear of the criminal justice system;

the need to move on;

negative effect on mental health and well-being;

and lack of support from family, friends or employers.

3144 cases went to trial and 1109 resulted in a conviction. There must be an awful lot of false allegations. Dubious evidence etc. No mention of this though.

Clear in the language used is that the complainant is “the victim” and the accused must therefore be guilty. Believe all women is clearly behind this.

Also how are these “specialist courts” supposed to be different to normal criminal courts? Clearly they are looking to have a panel of judges. But if you believe all women, why even bother with a trial?

Special courts? With special prisons? They can swear on the Communist Manifesto, replace statues of justice with Lyssa, and use temperature sensors to ensure women only enter if they're about to menstruate. Women also prefer fiction to non-fiction. So accordingly, evidence will be presented in the form of a glossy gossip magazine. There'll be free period products and a grand library of victimology literature for the legal cannon.

End False Allegation Culture for the sake of ruining men's lives! I don't want to veer their protest to my protest but if people continue to participate on False sexual assault allegations, then its gonna go the same way as the boy who cried wolf. There will be stricter rules applied in courts and real victims may be turned away.

Reporting a rape should be a rough process. It will weed out false allegations. By dragging out rape cases and making victims relive their victimization for months at a time, they will be more likely to just quit and less men will go to jail. With the number of women that lie about rape, it's better to make reporting inconvenient and difficult until women stop trying to play the system.

I think the "rape epidemic" is an attempt of a minority of women to shift the balance of power even more and make men feel guilty for something that is extremely rare. Of course they have manage to reinterpret what rape is. Rape was having sex by non consensual violence and today the definition have changed. In 2020 in UK 59000 rape cases were reported to police and only 2000 were prosecuted. Of those 2000 there was a conviction in only 1000. I notice that article earlier and was perturbed by it.

The fundamental, unsolvable problem here is that anyone who accuses someone else of a crime is going to have to be cross-examined. If the situation is that a rape victim is being closely questioned about incredibly personal and unpleasant matters by someone representing the perpetrator, then I have no doubt that's awful beyond belief, but I don't really see a solution to criminal justice that doesn't involve that to at least some extent.

As if any other violent crime isn’t re traumatizing to the victims. This is just a special case because it’s a crime that primarily happens to women. My friend was murdered and the case still hasn’t gone to trial in over a year. It’s been traumatizing for his mother the whole way through. She still can’t rest easy knowing the guy who killed her son will be in prison. That’s even with literal surveillance video evidence of the murder. Unfortunately this is the cost of living in a free society with a blind justice system. Stop fucking trying to compromise this in the name of female victim hood.

Idk, I feel like the specialist courts might be a reasonable alternative to standard courts for rape and rape allegation civil procedure. As it would allow lawyers to specialise and develop stronger arguments and defences for the people they’re representing. But I am skeptical as to which side this specialised court would favour. I’d imagine rape defence cases to be one of the hardest if it the hardest defence cases to win with rapes social stigma. I would hope that any judges in this new specialised court hold an equal weighting of scrutiny between the perceived aggressor and the perceived victim. With an equal weighting of gaol time for real and false rape allegations as the lie is just as much a heinous crime as the crime itself. Since cases of this nature are near guaranteed to resolve with one if not two ruined lives, it would be best if people could walk out with no ruined lives.
